Interiorhood Returns & Refunds Policy

At Interiorhood, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve made returning your items simple and transparent.

  1. Eligibility for Returns
  • You may return items to Interiorhood under the following conditions:
  • Change of mind: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Defective or faulty products: Covered under the Consumer Protection Act’s 6-month warranty.
  • Please note: Returns must be logged through the Interiorhood website. Items returned without logging will not be accepted.
  1. Return Window
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • For defective or faulty goods, you have up to 6 months from purchase to lodge a return.
  1. Refunds
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of the returned item being received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued via your original payment method (PayFast / PayJustNow).
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable, except where Interiorhood is at fault (e.g., product not delivered or incorrect item sent).
  1. Exchanges
  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you’d like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Items not in their original condition (opened, used, damaged by customer).
  • Items damaged by incorrect use, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
  • Clearance or sale items.
  1. Lost or Missing Parcels
  • If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, you must notify us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.
